Don't be so stiff - set your back arch and lats, but try to keep your arms relaxed. Keep your head facing forward a bit more rather than tilted back to look up. When you finish, let your elbows bend a little - don't actively pull w the arms, but guide the elbows up and out so the bar has somewhere to go. Right now you're so stiff that the bar can't go anywhere.
