Month of October reflections....

It started pretty good...go a lot of good combat conditioning sessions in...
O course runs
Boots/utes flak PT w/ Marines
I stopped the "warrior diet/Lean gains"...

Started to spiral down and my performance felt like it was dropping...
Came down with the flu and had to take a week off
Eating like crap and drinking good ol pale ale and imports

All and all comparing this month with Sept, my diet was spot on in Sept, IF/Warrior diet. Body composition (even though that wasn't the focus) was great. Lifts were steady going up too. Wellness was better too.

So....going back on the IF wagon. This time, it is a total Lean Gains approach. This is easier for my wife to accept....haha. Plus I get to eat a good size meal after I train around 12:00 - 1300.

Enough running my suck....Last couple days of training.

Today: 20121030

Superset x 3 sets
a. Power Clean @ 205lbs x 5
b. single KB clean to press x 70lbs x 5 (left/right)

9-7-5-3 reps of:
power snatch + snatch balance @ 115lbs
40" box jump

Yesterday: 20121029

95lbs x 3
145lb x 3
165lbs x 2
170lbs x 2
175lbs x 2

Clean Pull x 2 + hang clean (below knee)

Back Squat
255lbs x 3 sets of 5 reps

Double KB Clean to Push Press 2 70lb KB
3 sets of 10 reps

Felt weak today...yea I did. But it felt good to lift on program again.
