As one who just recently started to follow Outlaw (after a linear progression program plus some Crossfit stuff) I can say the frequent olympic movements have naturally resulted in numbers going up really across the board for those and other power movements. For Greg or others: they work in Oly movements nearly every workout and rotate between lighter, medium and heavy days (1 RM for that day) then supplement that with other lifiting similar to what Greg's book discusses. As one who hasn't done a lot of these movements, my traps and shoulders seem to be continuously fatigued/sore, and getting sore and calloused hookgrip thumbs. Seems like a pretty well laid out program, I probably follow most of the weight movements in any given week and maybe 65-75% of the conditioning (I'm late 30's and finding it harder to recover doing all the conditioning stuff Outlaw programs).
