When you say "Keep the weight over your heels a bit longer and push against the floor with the legs a bit longer", do you mean in the starting position or till the second pull (extension)? Does that mean do i have to slow down the first pull?

It is also that my double knee bend is also less? shouldn't the knees extend till the length of the toes when looking from it sideways? Mine are nearly straight before the extension.
