Power cleans felt good...didn't use a belt. I think 240lbs is the most I've power cleaned...my stance at the catch did go wide, but caught it strong.
Had several misses today...I didn't warm up enough.

wasn't a good day for me in the snatch...need to really warmup and ensure I'm bringing the bar into my body...
cleans were done w/o belt...felt decent
push press was heavy...felt unbalanced at the top
back squats felt good...high bar A2G...Really want to get my squat up!
