I'm one of the newbs myself, but from what I can tell, you aren't quite opening your hips all the way. Might need a little more patience there. Also, I think you could probably fight for a little more upright upper back at the start of your pull.

Just my thoughts, but I could be way off.. I'm sure some of the vets will chime in
