Update in training......December 7ish to current...
Have an acute shoulder injury which has pretty much mutated into my current disposition of not being able to do any overhead movements whatsoever. No press, pushups, jerks, etc etc...
With that being said I've been able to deadlift, squat, and clean/power clean with pretty much no discomfort. I did clean and jerk 250lbs a couple of weeks ago...and cleaned 252lbs last week.
I've been consistant with my high bar back squat...2 times a week..except this week only once. I high bar'd 320lbs for a good set of 4 last week, after 305 x 5 and 315 x 5. My cleans have been decent...still not doing the "pop of the thigh"...can't seem to get that thing.
