All right, working on being more consistent, so here's my day.

Workout: BJJ open mat. We did a 30-min warmup and three 14-minute rounds.

Breakfast: 2 eggs & 2 strips of bacon
Lunch: cauliflower chicken
Dinner: Rotisserie chicken and a baked sweet potato

Might have a glass of champagne this evening.
