Thanks for the reply G. I went to my mobility witch doctor who had me do some focused lacrosse ball rolling and wrist stretching to improve my forearm tissue quality. After a week or so, it drastically improved my wrist problems. Nowadays I have to make sure I warm the wrists up well before lifting to prevent any pain. Otherwise I'm healed up!
