It really depends what you're trying to accomplish with your deadlifting.
It looks like you're going awfully straight legged, close to an RDL.
If you're using deadlifts to strengthen the pull in the clean and snatch, as I can only assume since you posted here, I would say you need to get your butt lower (both of you), more upright torso, and I would bring your feet a little closer together-more under your hips.
