Jordon, I think the 160kg jerk was the best!!

On the 150kg, you looked like you pushed yourself away (back) from the bar. I've noticed that I do the same thing.

As to practice, I would do them from the rack, probably somewhere aroun 80-90% for singles and doubles, really focusing on straight up and down, and getting full extension on the lift.
