Long term, you need to keep you calluses smooth with fine grit sandpaper - the rough edges are usually what tear. Also use straps when your hands are particularly beat up to try to avoid actually tearing. Use Corn Huskers lotion throughout the day, especially right after training (wash your hands well first) and before bed.

Short term, smooth out the rough edge on that big one. You can get some benzoin tincture to put on the raw area and then make a tape guard to cover it while it heals.
