Today I stopped doing IF (lean gains). As of of 1540 today I've ate a power athlete (crossfit football) style of paleo I guess....Meat, veggis, fruit, and dairy. My only problem with this is when I get home...I start to have crazy carb cravings...haha. I'm going to have my wife buy some sweet potatoes and just cook those up and eat one half every meal during the day to curb my hunger.
