Notes:
-5/3/1 squat day - did 3's today
-power snatch - awful, felt as explosive as a slug!
-squat - did 275 for a single just to see how it felt, moderate effort
-GM - trying to keep lower back neutral, makes it feel like my hamstrings are tearing off
-KB stuff - just for the heck of it
