Great post and link on aerobic/resistance training effects and like to add aerobic/resistance exercises improves heart and lungs health and increase blood supply to muscles and ability to use oxygen. Aerobic/resistance exercises lower heart rate, blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in people with high blood pressure. Aerobic/resistance exercises increased HDL cholesterol decreased blood triglycerides and reduced insulin resistance also.
