Hi Kev,
To put on weight increase your number of daily meals and add smarter food more in your diet plans. Increase the amount of milk, meat, eggs, banana, potato, cheese, yogurt, root beats and rice in your daily meals. Eat lots of snacks and consume more proteins. Increase workouts, lift weights and take supplements.
