wrist pain in rack
I've always had issue with my wrist getting sore during pressing movements but this is different. I currently use those heavy duty, powerlifting type wrist wraps for presses which helps a lot(usually pain free) but these wraps seem to do nothing while in the rack position for extended periods(front squats). I tried boxing hand wraps and those seemed to help quite a bit. The pain is in the back of my wrist and I'm wondering what kind of stretches/massage I can do to help this.
