I could take more 5 pounds jumps but I'm going to take it slow in the hopes of prolonging progression.

Seated Barbell Press

I am weak like little girl.

Friday February 15th

Squat

Kind of difficult, but I'm not even mad. If I get 40 pounds out of this round of the TM (295x5) I'll be more than happy.
