Sunday February 17th

Weighted Chin Up
67.5x3


Didn't see myself getting more sets. I haven't been keeping up with my grease the groove chins this week as my biceps are feeling a little fragile. So, I'm going to take a week off from any chin up work, rest up my arms, and then start over at 55# and continue LPing from there.
