Default Keeping gains while shifting Focus

This is my first post though I have been following the site and workouts for some time. Since I started with Catalyst workouts, I have gotten back up to weights I was lifting in high school (as a competitor), while losing quite a bit of body fat. I am now in a position that I need to really focus on increasing running times and body weight exercises (Military tests). I am confident that I can achieve my goals for these exercises, but do not want to sacrifice gains I have made lifting nor do I want to burn myself out conditioning hard everyday and doing the posted workouts (if you think that would happen). Any advice? Thanks
