Hello everyone!
I started developing an interest for Olympic weightlifting just a few months ago, let alone having a fairly short strength training career as well, but I really do love these lifts!
Anyway, since I started I have only had the chance to watch youtube videos and the likes for training. Most facilities where I live(Norway) are closed for the public, only available to professional athletes, or full on members, so therefore I would really appreciate any help or critique you can give me on how to improve my snatch
As you can probably see this is a Power snatch with an overhead squat, but many mistakes being made here can be transfered to the full snatch I assume.
- I am aware of the bar hitting fairly low and beneath the hip crease which is something I am currently working on
