Your overhead squat looks good to me. You look to be very flexible and comfortable with the position -- that's awesome!
As for the snatches, the bar travels away from you in the first one. Keep your lats flexed in an effort to keep the bar as close to your body as possible.
The second one looks like you were just thinking about it too much. You started to pull with your arms too soon instead of using the explosive nature of your legs during the second pull to get the bar up.
The third one looked good. I think you're on the right track. Keep your lats tight to keep the bar close and you should have a lot more success.
