Reset time, I'm thinking I'll change to 8x3. Weight has been down to 176 the past few days. I can't say that bothers me. I'm also eating way less protein, down to about 100g a day. Saving a ton of money and my digestive system has never run better. It makes me wonder if protein is overrated.
