Handstand & Cartwheel Progressions
Need to teach my daugther these movements, she is 12 years old and has trouble get in them at school. I know how to do them, but not how to teach them
Any help appreciated.

The first suggestion would be to get her into a beginners gymnastics class after school, if that isn't an option here is a great website that has tons of info. Roger Harrell is the man behind the website and he is part of the xFit community.

Ido was supposed to do a Capoeira cartwheel progression for us...I like that style of cartwheel as variety and an alternative to the gymnastics style...keep your eyes peeled for that in an upcoming PM.
