PM Olympic Weightlifting Clinic - oct 6-7
2 full days of excitement in San Diego county! Clinic will cover:
-Teaching progressions for the snatch, clean & jerk, and o-lift derivatives for athletic training
-Fault recognition & correction / coaching strategies
-How to achieve/maintain the requisite flexibility and mobility
-Program design and integration of the lifts into ahletic training
Geared toward the coach/trainer, but it will also be an opportunity to improve your own lifting.

1.4 CSCS & CPT CEUs
We have received NSCA approval to provide attendees 1.4 CEUs for both CSCS and CPT.

CEU = continuing education credit to keep certified strength and conditioning specialist (cscs) and certified personal trainer (cpt) certifications active through nsca
