Default Never Bang Your Wrist Again on Kettlebell Snatches

We're constantly upgrading the way we teach things at Kettlebell Athletics/CrossFit Philly. Needless to say, these two tips allow us to have people snatching well within a few minutes.

We always based our Snatches off of high-pulls but we use a more vertical path like in O-lifting. If our clients want to perform high rep snatches we'll show them that hybrid high-pull.

I'm not sure I understand your point though Peter... AOS calling their sets "rounds" reminds me alot of um.... CF.
