Yeah, it was only noticeable after ~30 reps or so and only with my left shoulder.
I've never noticed any performance or obvious musculature differences between the two. But, I remembered that I had the Horwitz rotator cuff book and went through some of the tests. It definitely seems as if I have something going on with that shoulder. I took note of my habits today and I do seem to do some things that could have helped lead up to this: throwing my back pack over my left shoulder, leaning on it while reading, etc.
Thanks for the tips, guys. I guess my best bet is to hold off them until I can correct the issue.
