Fish and/or CLO?
I saw in another thread that Robb intends to write a book on this type of stuff - I think that will be great.
In the meantime, it continues to confuse me. I read some stuff on the Crossfit forum and bought Nordic Naturals CLO and Carlson's Fish Oil and was taking both. Then I saw a post that suggested just a tablespoon of CLO/day was sufficient.
Robb (or someone else that knows), what do you recommend?
As a sidenote, I have been playing with the idea (read - not as precise as I should be) version of the metabolic diet and can tell a difference in body composition in just a few days!
