Default How's the weather

where you live? I'm loving it here in Vegas, best time of year. From now until mid June next year it'll be spectacular here. That is great for doing workouts outside where my backyard/deck/gym is. I just love getting up in the early am and not seeing 85+ on the thermometer! Gives me a nice lift when working out also since the drag from the heat isn't there anymore. Well, it was on mind when doing a 5k this morning and feeling spot on while doing it...

Ummm....first day of fall yesterday. My car thermometer registered 94 yesterday. Today may set a record of 95. I wish fall would arrive.

At 90+ you should make one of those floats Dr. G mentioned. Sounds a like very good thing to me.
