Default Dr. Eades on Copper

http://www.proteinpower.com/drmike/?p=305

Given our recent discussion of zinc, I thought this post by Dr. Eades on copper deficiency was fitting. Basically too much zinc interferes with copper absorption, but nuts, seeds, and organ meats offset the large amounts of zinc in most low-carb diets (for those that actually eat those elements).
