Roy Dean BJJ DVD
Howdy Y'all! I posted this on my blog but I wanted to make sure this gets good airplay. If you train BJJ, Judo or submission wrestling you will love Roy's new DVD. Check it out!

My copy arrived yesterday and Jr and I watched most of disk 1. This really should be mandatory viewing for anyone who is joining a BJJ club. Roy does a phenomenal job of providing the right information for someone who just put on a gi and got on the mat.
I really wish this was available 2 years ago when I started. It would have saved me a lot of mental anguish.
I also don't think this is just for the begginer I have already picked up several details to moves I do all the time. It is just excellent all around. Great filming, engaging information and superb instruction.
It really makes me want to train with him next time I am out west.

Roy and John Frankl are two people you MUST train with if you ever get the chance. It's tough for me because I've had a smattering of fantastic instruction from folks like this but have access only to mid-range instruction at best. Sigh...
