Default Pork Log

Logging pork here... it's something everyone should try to eat everyday. It's impossible to be angry when you're eating bacon.

Left over porkchops for breakfast and lunch, cooked a fresh pack for dinner.

Fresh rosemary, salt, pepper, sage.

Last of the left over porkchops for breakfast.

Dinner was knockwurst stew. Excellent. Wonder what the next day will hold...

Snack on some TJ's Carnitas after work, before going to art opening.

Del Oro Chorizo scissored up and shared with a few officemates before lunch.

Kind of a wicked good buy for 4 bucks.

this was in the breakfast thread, but needs to go here, too.
It's pulled pork with cole slaw and beet pickle on a Belgian waffle.
And it's as awesome as it sounds.

cut up a complete pork loin into medallions, sauteed them in lard with chipotle, same with 6 eggs. Split it all with my wife and then proceeded to deadlifts, pullups and muscle snatchs.

don't try the recipe, it is really nasty, you would hate it for sure, no kidding.....workout was nasty too....
