My favorite new trend
On the Crossfit forums is when you post a link, you immediately assure everyone that it's work-safe, child-safe, pet-safe, and senior-safe. Maybe even GRAS, which is Generally Regarded as Safe for oral consumption.
Now, a bit of a NSFW tag on a link is polite, but this assurance of safety in every possible realm is a bit ridiculous.
I'd comment on the XF forum, but alas I am still banned. IP banned no less. I'd probably give into the temptation to post transvestite scat porn and assure everyone that the link was GRAS, so maybe it's for the best.
This is almost as good as the agonizing all the Literal-KJV-Bible Christians did a few years back about eating paleo style while not believing in the paleolithic era.

Ah, but according to this site the Biblical diet is one that is anti-grain, anti-milk, anti-vegetarianism, pro-saturated fat and pro-cholesterol. Remind you of something?
http://www.biblelife.org/biblediet.htm
The famous philosopher of science Pierre Duhem argued that for any given set of data, there is a potentially infinite number of theories that are consistent with that data.
Discuss.

Steve--
Does Crossfit even allow you to click on "Message Board" and view the threads? Or not allowed on at all.
I was kicked off (Ip banned also) a forum before but just used this site to gain access from my own computer. http://www.anonymization.net/

Steve,
This board may never have been born without Crossfit so be careful where you tread man. Both great boards, both great people. Besides, these message boards are only as good as the people who contribute to them. I know without Crossfit I'd never have discovered PM and the knowledgable folks that belong to both boards.
