Default Cool Kettlebell Vvariations

I showed some guys from IronWoody the kettlebell leverage presses that we use and they put together a short video of their training.

See it here:

I would recommend against the finger-tip and bottoms-up presses on the bench though. Give those kettlebell leverage presses a try, they're tough.

Those are pretty cool moves.

When I do the bench with the kbs hanging from the bands, I loop them a bit more so they don't bottom out.

Steve,

I think they were meaning to bottom out, not sure though.

Jason-

Interesting stuff! How are you working this into your training? A special day here and there or is this something you have worked in systematically?

Hey Robb,

I basically just play around with those variations.I add them in at the end of more concentrated work on jerks or C+Js.

Right on.

Fantastic article and videos in the PM. You clarified some stuff I've been seriously foggy on.
