Default Wake up every night at 2-3 and itch

I eat my last meal around 17:00. But every night i wake up because its itching on my legs and sometimes arms. Ive posted a question on allergie earlier but ive cut out all the dairy food etc. What can be the problem causing this? it is so frustrating.

Do you get hives? Or is it just general itching? Have you changed detergents lately?

no its just itching, and if i itch i get like scars etc. eczema type of. no i havent changed it

i also itch some times during the day. i cant figure out what can cause this, if its something i eat or something else. im fasting almost every day now but that doesnt help either.

Try All Free and Clear detergent. I itch if I use anything else. I also use that Febreeze allergen reducing spray on my mattress between sheet changes. If I'm itching when I go to bed, it's time to change the sheets (not that I let them get gross, mind you).

Change your foods up, don't eat the same thing all the time....you can develop allergies.

i dont shower in the evening

yep i checked bed.

yesterday i only ate potatoes and pork meat. fried the pork meat in lard.

i didnt itch that night.

Should i eat this for long or can i start implementing one food source and check if i react?

i tried one spoon of cream today and i could feel that my throuth got dry and i felt a litle dizzy. So clearly cream is not for me is this allergy or food intolerance? can this be the lactose, fat or protein? it was 38% full fat cream.
