Much love for Uechi Ryu. The hard body conditioning they are doing in that video sucks. One of my best friends is a second dan and every time we get together he wants to do that crap.
Needless to say I am always sore for a week after.

I grew up doing Aikido, and I think its helped me a ton. Mucho love for the TMA.
