Those reasons are why I wear an almost no cushion running flat or VFFs to run. Also when I see "spring/air/gel" I cringe, as those are the worst shoes which promote heel-striking.

They don't let you guys were VFF's for scheduled PT do they?

I don't have to go to it (because I get 100's on the test ) and yes they do allow VFF's.

My VFF's and Injinji socks are on their way for my birthday...I'm really looking forward to testing them out!
