Adam Glass Year in Review
One of the craziest most intense strongman (in the showman sense) guys I have ever seen. He is also active duty military stationed in ND somewhere frozen. Here is a link to his year in review. A definite must watch!

I have corresponded with Adam about KB's and he recently did a video going over the RKC Armbar for me that helped me get the motion down. Take a look around his blog tons of good stuff there.

100 nails in 51 minutes? His hands look like hamburger!
As a non-grip guy what is the deal with ripping things while holding KB's with his mouth? Is that like a grip thing? Or just something for the heck of it?

Great question, I don't why he does that other than show.
I have been working on tearing decks of cards. I can not tell you how hard it is. I know there are a lot of guys with really strong hands on here but it is hard and painful. The best I have done so far is a half a deck. It took me about a minute and I seriously thought my hands were going to come apart.
My wife got me 15 decks for Christmas so I have a fair amount to practice with.

I'm in ND right now and it isn't too bad. We are actually only supposed to get to -18 tonight with a high of -2 tomorrow. Much better than last week, highs of -20 during the day.
