GH does not peak in a high insulin environment. Glucagon also plays a role in releasing fat, which is directly inversely related to insulin. In the end....hormones just signal the fat stores to "empty the tanks"....you still have to burn the free fatty acids (FFAs) while in calorie deficit.
Yeah, I already know about that, but what if you ate right before going to bed, when your GH spikes? Would that slow down your fat loss, even if you are at a caloric deficit?
