I think the type you get depends on whether or not you like the flavor of coconut at all in your oil and you cooking. If you don't want any coconut flavor in it, then go with expellar pressed coconut oil
, but if you like a little of the coconut flavor, then go with the extra virgin oil. It can be a bit tough to fine. I get mine online at the site where I get my supplements. I just place an order every 3-4 months so I'm not paying for more shipping than I need to.
