12 weeks out from meet.
hey how is everyone, I am a little more than 12 weeks out from my next meet and was wondering if anyone had any ideas on the best way to aprotch this time. I have some ideas in my head as of now, but im really interested in what any of the coaches on here have to say. I kind of have coaching, I cant really get down to train when they are there though, but once in a while I get form checked by Tommy Kono, or some of the guys that train at the YMCA here. I am curious about some other views and angles however. so please let me know.
