Default Blah Blah Blah

Starting a log for kicks.

Priorities are
1.) To have fun and stay healthy
2.) To become stronger and more proficient with the Olympic lifts

2006 benchmarks:
Bodyweight: 72.5 kg
Snatch: 67.5 kg
C&J: 85 kg
FS: 92.5 kg
BS: 105 kg

OK, that workout is ok for a Sunday. Monday night at LBH is where we wanna see what's what.

Problem one is with your priorities!
They should be:
1) Lift heavier than ever.
2) Get HYOOOOGE (and strong) lifter muscles!
3) Lift still more.
