In college we used to just "tuck and roll" over the hood.....land on the feet and not spill a drop of beer.....but I am way out of practice....

I did 60' box jump 2 weeks ago. I'm thinking It might be a little harder to jump onto something than over something, as you need to be more balanced and can't get your feet as far out in front. Or maybe I'm just jealous

That Adrian Wilson jump is absolutely sick. If I could jump like that I would be doing so constantly. At the grocery store, walking the dog, at work, etc.
