Default Mt. Rainier's Strongest Man and Woman 4

Just wanted to let any of the Pacific Northwest folks (anyone else that wants to travel) know that we are once again hosting our Strongman contest to benefit Fragile X Research ( www.fraxa.org ) wfs.
It will be August 1st at The Old Cannery Furniture Warehouse in Sumner. We have 160 and under, 161 and over women's divisions and 200 and under, 201-250, and 251 plus men's divisions.
We will be doing an arm over arm pull, load and lift log deadlift, overhead medley, and stone loading. The top three from each division will do a vehicle pull with harness and rope for the final event. The top athlete in each weight division will be drug tested.
So far we only have 17 people signed up and only two women.
If you don't want to compete, but are going to be around that weekend stop by and have a beer or a couple hotdogs. 100% of the money raised goes to FRAXA. If you're wondering why Fragile X, our son Casey has Fragile X. It is the most common genetic cause of mental impairment and the most common known cause of Autism.
We are also looking for sponsors. If anyone is interested or knows someone who might be we are having a hard time this year. You can e-mail us at rainiercrossfit@comcast.net or call 253-686-9994 with any questions about competing or sponsoring.
Thanks,
Kurtis Bowler
