Default Won my MMA fight

Just wanted to share the results of my fight... I used the ME blackbox and some kettlebell training to prepare

i didn't expect to see a shirt on. it's kinda weird cause at my jits club we're so anti-shirtless grappling, yet when i think of mma, i never think of a shirt on.

Solid performance. I think my arms would have been tired after sitting in mount pounding away like that for 90 seconds You played it perfect!

Thanks Derek... I was actually surprised that my arms were not tired after punching away like that..
