Well, I finally decided to go ahead and get some WLing shoes, the Rogue 0.5" Rip ones, but they don't have my size in stock for another 4-5 weeks, ugh.....Soooo, I'm not wedded to the Rips as along as I could get something I'm sure would be a good choice for my size 12 boats.......anyone care to give me a couple good choices to sub for the Rips since I don't want to wait 4-5 weeks?

I've been very happy with the ones from Risto Sport. Ivan seems to care very honestly about the quality of the product he is selling. I believe that the heel is slightly taller than the one that you are looking for as mine have about a 1" heel.
As a note, I normally wear a Euro 44.5 to 45 and I am very happy with my size 43 Risto shoes. I would go the route of measuring your foot as their shoes run big.
I recently purchased a pair of Kanama WL Shoes (WFS -http://www.torontoweightlifting.com/shoes.htm ) and I am very happy with them. Not the best looking shoe but extremely comfortable. The heel height is a little more than the Adidas and less than the Risto's. I wear between a size 12.5-13 and the 12.5's fit perfectly.
I have both of those shoes, the Do-Win/Rogue's and the Kanama's. I found the Kanama brand more comfortable for me than the Rogue's, however the boot has started to come unglued from the tread and I haven't got them fixed yet. I don't know if it was a manufacturing defect or something I did to cause it. The Rogue's kind of feel like flippers when I walk in them and the laces and straps are longer than they should be. I prefer to use the Kanama's.
