My knees tend to ache all the time due to old injuries and just hard use. This is a quick and dirty vid of how I perform knee traction with a band that helps ease the ache and make them feel pretty good.
After watching a bunch of the stretchband vids, I have been using that technique on a client that has an imobile ankle....it improves it dramatically over the last few weeks. Great idea for traction....since the knees and ankles get no rest all day practically.
