Day 1 (2 Nov, 2010)

Meal 1
5 large hard boiled eggs
1 green pepper

Workout

PWO
1 large grilled chicken breast
1 apple

Meal 2
~250g grilled haddock (covered with extra virgin olive oil)
2 carrots

Supplements
Vitamin D
ZMA
Creatine

To be honest, I don't usually eat this much, and I weigh about 70-75kg.

Day 2 (3 Nov, 2010)

~19 hour fast

Meal 1
1 large grilled chicken breast
1 small orange
1/4 avocado*

*Not ripe enough - tasted like crap so I only ate a quarter of it.

Meal 2
~300g grilled haddock (covered with olive oil)
1 large carrot
1 large apple

Supplements
Vitamin D
ZMA
Creatine

Wow, you must be really dialed in. I'm about 77kg, and I eat usually 6 meals a day of about 500 cal each. I'll be interested to follow your log.
