5/3/1 is only a template. There is nothing special in it other than using sub maximal weights and a slightly different take on undulating periodization, being that the rep changes happen on a weekly basis instead of phase to phase or workout to workout.
With my admittedly limited knowledge of weightlifting, I would just tell you to start following the Catalyst workout of the day, conditioning being optional if you need it.
You're already strong, no need to get fancy beyond whatever it is that got you to where you are now.
