Dumbbell recommended weight
I will be working out at work on a tight lunch hour in a limited space or outside. I will therefore have to carry my gear outside or workout in a limited square footage...basically, beside my rower, that's it.
I am looking to get Dumbbells to accommodate this change in programing. Do you have a recommendation on DB weight or combos that would work best for Crossfit ish workouts and flexible workout routines? I currently have 2x30lb and was thinking of getting 2x40lb or 2x45lb and 1x50lb and 1x60lb.
What do you think? I would like to accommodate meta cons, some general strength, some C&J / Snatch work, etc.
